Universal: The gateway is compatible with smart locks that can be controlled through the TT Lock app. It is also compatible with all Nyboer smart locks. (TT Lock exclusive)
Coverage: It is advised to keep the distance between the gateway and smart lock under 32 feet (10 meters) to ensure proper connectivity. Both the smartphone and gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network when installing the gateway. (2.4Ghz network required)
