• 1. Confirm compatibility with HeavenBird smart door lock and other electronic door locks using TTLock or DDLock App. Ensure G2 gateway is compatible with your smart door lock. Download TTLOCK APP and connect to your smart door lock. If connected, it is compatible with G2 gateway.
• 2. Alexa and Google Home are compatible for voice control for a smart home experience.
• 3. The recommended distance between G2 gateway and smart door lock is ≤32ft. Maintain a 10-foot distance for a strong connection. Use 2.4G WiFi. Connect smartphone and gateway to same network. Gateway can pair with multiple locks with no limit. Power off and reconnect if connection times out.
• 4. Remotely lock/unlock door, set, change, delete codes from anywhere. Check door status, battery life, and activity logs in real-time. Receive instant alerts for home entry/exits.

• 6. To connect Alexa: Add lock and G2 gateway using TTLOCK or DDLOCK APP. Enable remote unlock function in APP. Add Skill in Alexa app and authorize using account info from TTLOCK or DDLOCK APP. Discover devices under account. Find lock in Alexa app, enable voice unlock, and set voice password.
